Yes, digital vacation incentive certificates are assigned a 7 day expiration date from the date it's sent to your guest or customer. But this expiration date shown only applies to the activation of the certificate. They have at least 18 months after your customer's vacation certificate is activated to travel. Vacation certificates valued between $585 and $1495 USD for the hotels plus applicable taxes and resort fees (about $20 per day) that apply to the destination on their certificate are paid. They can activate online or by phone 24-hours per day at BookVIP.com with the information provided.

The reason is that most people will forget they even received the certificate best when the customer activates right away otherwise.  Another important reason is that the seven day expiration date protects our businesses and your business. Mexico and US vacation incentives currently can only be used by Canadian and US citizens. Our Tenerife Spain vacation certificates are available only to European citizens including the United Kingdom. And our Thailand vacation certificates are available to residents or citizens of any country, currently with the exception for citizens of Asian countries. The reason is that our Thailand vacation certificates cannot be redeemed by people considered to be locals.

Our vacation incentive certificates cannot be used for group travel. It is not currently possible to create a group vacation package for your staff. Also, yourself or your staff is only able to use one vacation certificate per user for each country.

Yes, children are welcome! US hotels and resort room options include up to four people regardless of age with the exception of Branson, Missouri which is for two people. In the US hotels and resorts, one person must be over the age of twenty one. For our Mexico vacations, you can travel with two adults and up to two children ages of twelve or under. For the Mexico hotels and resorts, one person needs to be over thirty years of age. Depending on availability extra children or adults upgrades can be accommodated. These upgrades will require an additional room or larger suite purchase.

A recipient of a vacation certificate receives free of charge room rate accommodations. The retail valued is from $150.00 per night up to $400.00 per night. Vacation incentive recipients are responsible for all additional expenses including yet not limited local hotel tax and resort fees, airfare, food, gratuities, and miscellaneous or personal expenses.
